Veterans Business Outreach Center

RMU's Massey Center for Business Innovation has been offering FasTrack courses to entrepeneurs for several years. Then came the desire to share those courses with veterans at special rates made possible by grants from the U.S. Department of Labor and the U.S. Small Business Administration.

RMU felt that veterans were particularly suited to becoming entrepeneurs because of the training and discipline they learned through serving in our county's military branches. AiH Group was selected to consult and create materials to spread the word among veterans and the agencies who serve them.

The elements included:

  • a Video Getting Back to Business
  • poster to encourage veterans to see the video
  • flyers aimed at heads of agencies to help promote the video
  • customized letters to a variety of agencies serving veterans

The poster promoted seeing the fast paced video that explained why veterans are so well prepared to become entrepneurs and provided several interviews with former students who had all benefited from the FastTrac course.

The poster offered three ways veterans could see the video.
